Hi, I'm Gina Steele
I've worked in demanding high-stress environments and found the way to be a respected and inspiring leader without feeling inauthentic or uncomfortable - or sacrificing my health, personal life, or high paycheck.
As a big firm high-tech patent litigator with a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Chicago, I had a lot of success an attorney — but lacked the communication skills and stress management tools to manage the intense workload and time pressures of the job. After landing in the hospital with a life-threatening condition caused by stress, I realized I needed a new approach.
After improving my leadership and communication skills and creating a large and varied tool box of stress management tools, I transformed my career from a high-stress management role to a high-impact leadership role. Now I use the creative problem-solving skills I honed as a lawyer, my ability to view issues from many perspectives, and my large toolbox of techniques to help my clients overcome barriers to their highest level of success.
