I've worked in demanding high-stress environments and found the way to be a respected and inspiring leader without feeling inauthentic or uncomfortable.
I was a big firm high-tech patent litigator with a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Chicago. Despite having many skills as an attorney, I made many mistakes in managing my career.
After landing in the hospital with a life threatening condition caused by stress, I realized I needed a new approach.
I studied everything I could find to help me mange my career and life better, looking at the issues from many different angles. In a short time, I transformed my career from having a high-stress, but tedious management role to having a high-impact leadership role - managing my own client's matters.
Once I became successful at managing my own career, I became passionate about helping others do so. Now I use the creative problem solving skills I honed as a high-tech lawyer, my ability to view issues from many perspectives, and the tools in my large and varied toolbox to help my clients identify and overcome the barriers standing in the way of achieving their highest level of success.
I received my Certificate in Executive Coaching from the
University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business.
I have a Certificate In the Neuroscience of Business from the
MIT Sloan School of Management.
I continue to study anything I feel will help my clients achieve success and have received a number of additional certifications, including as a Mediator, Mindfulness Instructor, and Stylist. I combine the knowledge I have gained from all of these programs to help my clients become leaders who show up as the best version of themselves.
"Gina and I received our Executive Coaching Certifications in the same program and coached together for many years. I was continuously impressed with her ability to transform lives. She is knowledgeable and has great insights. She makes keen observations that quickly get to the heart of the issue limiting an individual’s success. Her warmth allows her to safely push clients to reach their potential. I highly recommend her as a coach."

"Gina has had a wonderful influence on my life. She has transformed me and I continue to enjoy the benefits years after her coaching. Gina is gentle but firm in the way she pushes you to grow, which is helpful if you are nervous, anxious or doubting yourself. She is a positive coach who uplifts you and pushes you to do better out of excitement. She is well educated, has incisive comments, and puts a lot of thought behind what she says. Gina is observant and acknowledging of your thoughts, feelings and behavior and knows what to do to push you to the next level. Gina has helped me grow as a leader, communicator and human being. I am confident that she will help you grow and get to the next level, so definitely give her a call. "

"I hired Gina to help me refocus my career and find a position I would love. She lead me through exploring my past accomplishments and identifying the strengths and passions behind them. We then easily identified leadership positions where my strengths and passions would intersect and I would excel. She guided me through finding authentic answers to even the hardest interview questions. She took me from dreading my job search to being excited about my future. Her help lead to an offer that was truly my dream job. I strongly recommend her as a coach. You will not be disappointed."
